Day 72

Day 72 and all good. Got to do day 71 workout as did today's yesterday at Patrick's studio. Ouch - sore legs but must say shoulder workout is still pretty tough.  Getting better at v-sits which I love: did full sets and then had failure on the last set at go number 13.  Workout at Patrick's was brilliant yesterday: you really get an extra workout by going there: even gave Patrick and James a laugh with my wonky leg ups.

Busy again even though I have time off. Driving over to Kansai (Osaka area) to pick up my doggies and bring them back to Tokyo. Things are calming down and expats are returning.

I have a busy 2 days and then things should return to back pre-quake: back to my PCP workout regime: early mornings. Really want these last weeks to count.
