Day 75

Il fantastico on Day 75 - feel superb and upper body feels tight. Chest and bicep workouts are always good. Did extra sets on most which is something new for me.  Planks are still my kryptonite - although did first two sets all the way through but for other sets had to use my knee for support at around 50 seconds..

Yogurt post workout is brilliant - did the egg white raw.

So April 14 is Day 90 - cannot believe it is coming up so quickly. BUT before then an indulgence to consider.... we need an ideas pool. I am craving vegemite although difficult to incorporate that into 1000 calories. 

Giddyup - two weeks tomorrow is the final day.

    1000 calories seem like a lot, but maybe not???
