Lordy.... now our water is contaminated with radiation.. what next?? (actually - I shouldn't ask that).
Just off another shift from 5pm to 2am but all good. I did my workout first thing in the morning and it was not a bad workout. Chest and bicep days are good - enjoy them, can do them and usually throw in extra sets.. The plank - well, another story. Shame this is not the first thing we do - as I am usually so tired at this point that getting to the full 90 seconds is impossible.. although I go to failure which is around 45 seconds.. yes I know - pathetic although at least it is to failure.
Diet is fine. I am taking my dinner and snacks with me to my shift. So as my fellow Embassy workers down pizza and coke - I am sitting there drinking down my pre-made shake - or shelling my boiled egg and trashing the yolk. The pizza smelt amazing although did not succumb... I do enjoy my veges and I do like my shake: ginger being the secret.
OK - giddyup team: getting close to Day 70.. 20 days (plus) is still a tough time.
