Giddyup - day 62. OK I am a day behind with workouts - did Day 61 today which is a pretty good workout. Tomorrow is the jump rope day - in which I will add the workout of Day 62 and catch up.
Man, I am in good shape and I look forward to getting into better shape by day 90. Will aim to get my computer back tomorrow from the shop and then put up photos.
I am on call again tonight from 5pm to 1am.. so it is getting better than 5pm to 9am. Backlog of Australians and foreigners have left - basically anyone trying to get out of Tokyo or Japan have managed to. In all honesty - makes our lives easier assisting those really in need.
Media reports are embellished which is disappointing as it has created significant panic here. Anyhooo.. all good.
PCP has been a saviour in that the workouts are enjoyable and the diet combined has meant I have good stamina. Onward and upward team!
Good news, the rest of us will just ride it out.
