Day 64 - failure all around

OK - this is perhaps the worst PCP day for me - although I see light on the horizon. Was unable to work out - although at least I was able to keep to my diet. Being pulled into briefings etc based around this disaster.

Good news is that tomorrow should be more routine like allowing me to get back into the regime. Wrote the new diet down and missing meals here and there.. Possibly losing too much weight although hoping it prepares me for the final stretch to build up muscle replacing that lost fat.

Most friends have left or leaving - I feel like Will Smith driving around in "I am Legend" - streets are dead and foreigners have all left. Japanese look at me as to almost say thank you for staying.

Either way - fingers crossed I can get into a routine. I miss my workout and want to get it all going again.
Giddy up!

  1. Richard (Will) - you are doing work that is honorable and so desparately needed by so many. My thoughts are with you. Your priorities are others right now. Things will slowly get back to normal including PCP. You have a lifetime to get back on track even while you are touching so many others get back to theirs. Thank you for doing what you do.

  2. Rich - perfection in PCP is hard under normal conditions and you have crushed it thus far. Amazing job of staying on course in spite of the horrific past week.
