Day 61

Short post today - was half way through work out (after catching up on sleep from the night shift) and have been called back in again to help out until 1am. Did the skipping and will do muscle workout once I am home at 1am.. I will then have a late shake and then can sleep in considerably.

Losing too much weight now.. so need to keep the muscle workouts.

Giddyup!!
