Just a quick addition to my earlier blog: I am back on my bike - just did Day 59 workout and all good. Still exhausted from a 15 hour shift but PCP helps overall. Feel good - I have that nice sore feeling I have been missing over the last two days - and could even do full sets of the pull-ups. Hopefully there will be some muscle build up as I sleep tonight.
