Still in the middle of my busy week - but going good. A tough work out today although very happy I could do my full pull up sets unsupported. Could not get to 10 but either 8 or 9 and then failure.
A terrible sleep waking up almost hourly - so woke up sore; meaning muscle repair most likely did not take place last nigh t- which is a shame. Double the repair tonight hopefully. Can you catch up the next night?
Went through all the sets well - pushed on hard and trying to get an extra set in if possible; not easy but doable. Amazing how triceps give up so quickly.. dips were fine although by the time I was getting near the end of the ski jumps I was getting through but with failure.
I know this is not a weight thing although on my scales I am balancing on 80kgs and about to go below 80kgs which I have not done for a good 15yrs plus (maybe even 20yrs??). This is on my scales at home (not Patrick's scales) although on my scales I started this at 90kgs and even with the build up of muscle which is certainly there I have lost 10kgs. Again... yes, I realise it is not about weight loss but it is still a good feeling.
Onward and upwards team! Keep it up.
Oh yes --- 10 kgs would feel great! Great job!
ReplyDeleteNice job Richard.
ReplyDelete10 kgs of raw weight probably means 12-15kg fat loss.
ReplyDeletewow.. amazing results!
ReplyDelete10kgs...hmmmmmmmm, how much is that in lbs asks the ugly American...hahahahahaaaaaaa. Nice job Richard...nice job on the pull-ups. I am still doing mostly reverse pull-ups. Sounds like you are killin' it!
ReplyDeleteThats a great job. I had a good session on the pull ups earlier in the week - see how I go tonight. I am also having a complete shocker on the sleep front. CANNOT as they say in HK. Well done mate - keep it up!
