All great on Day 53: getting this blog out early as I have an outside office assignment all day - so offline. Work out was great: creeps were very tough - actually as was everything. V-sits are a lot better for me - as are pistol squats although the bicycle is still a killer with failure coming a lot earlier than 50 seconds: still trying though.
Diet all good - no real problems. I really enjoy my evening shake and last night had brussel sprouts steamed with my egg white (from a boiled egg) for my dessert.
All good - I know I need to keep at this as the results will come with time.

Richard - I am finding the workouts kicking up as well so I've decided to split the workout. Jumprope and 8-minute Abs when I wake up. Strength workout when I get home.
